Mr. Sserunjogi has a wide range of experience in the areas of finance and human resource management which he acquired while working as Financial Controller, and later as Director Administration and Human Resource with Celtel Ltd, a pioneer mobile communications company in Uganda. David also provided company secretarial services during his term of employment at Celtel Ltd. He has over thirty-five years’ career in management accounting and financial management in the Private and Public sectors. David had worked as Cost Accountant with Uganda Steel Corporation where he acquired wide experience in cost and management accounting, and later worked as Chief Accountant for East African Distilleries for several years where he acquired vast experience in financial management
