Mr. Kiwumulo Paul is very experienced in the field of Civil Engineering. He has been in the telecommunications industry for over ten (10yrs) working for major corporations in this sector, namely; Huawei Technologies (Ug) Company Ltd., Egypro Africa and Soliton Telmec Uganda.

Paul was the OSP Engineer for Huawei Technologies (Ug) Company Ltd for both the E-Gov Phase I Project Snag Fixing and the Uganda E-Government Phase III where he took the supervisory role in Fibre installation, site building and delivery. He was also the Site Supervisor for Huawei Technologies (Ug) Company Ltd for the project, Uganda E-Government Phase II where he was responsible for Fibre Fixing and maintenance for the whole ring.
