Mr. Isagara manages all of SKM Eagle Group Ltd Administrative and Operational functions. In 2021, Shadrack managed the construction of 3 GSM Telecommunications Towers and their Access Roads. These Sites were situated in Kihamya (Masindi District), Abalokodi (Amuru District) and Kasega (Kiboga District).

Shadrack’s telecommunications experience began in Metcom Engineering Services rigging GSM telecommunication towers and then joined Celtel Uganda Ltd as a technical support specialist. He later joined SKM Eagle Group Ltd as an Operations Manager handling various projects inclusive of Fibre Optics installation for Huawei Technologies Uganda Company Ltd on behalf of the Uganda Police done in partnership Metcom Engineering Services Ltd.
